1. Platform role
Nexora TV is a media player application. It does not provide channels, broadcasts, playlists, VOD libraries, or provider access. The app is only a technical tool for playing user-defined sources.
2. User declaration and commitment
- The user declares they hold legal rights to every source they add.
- All legal and criminal responsibility for copyright and license violations belongs to the user.
- Unauthorized, pirated, or unlawful content use is not permitted.
3. Third-party content
Availability, accuracy, freshness, and security of third-party sources are outside Nexora TV control. Nexora TV is not liable for interruptions, errors, losses, or disputes caused by such sources.
4. Violation notices
In case of copyright or legal violation claims, evaluations are made in line with legal notices and competent authority decisions. Notices can be sent to support@nexoratvplayer.com.
5. Liability boundary
Nexora TV is responsible only for its own software and licensing infrastructure. For user-supplied content, liability is disclaimed or limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
